Shifts: 3-shift scheduleAbout the Role Our client, a global pharmaceutical company focused on improving women’s health, is currently seeking a Packaging Operator to join the team at their Oss location.
In this hands-on role, you will support the packaging process of solid-dose medications, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines
• Perform packaging tasks such as blistering, labeling, and boxing
• Follow pharmaceutical guidelines and safety procedures
• Complete and review documentation accurately
• Assist with machine setup, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cooperate with team members to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
• A proactive, reliable attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Ability to follow procedures and work with precision
• Team player who can also work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a cleanroom environment
