• University degree in Pharmacy or Life Science (e.g. Pharmacist, Biologist… etc.)
• Fluent Dutch language skills
• Upper-intermediate English skills
• Experienced in pharmacovigilance or relevant clinical experience is a plus

If you join them, your responsibilities will be:

• Receive and process safety information from various sources, including voice calls
• Route reports to relevant departments (e.g., Medical Information, Quality Assurance)
• Monitor and triage patient safety reports and emails
• Maintain and archive source documents and update shared folders
• Handle source documents and enter data into systems; acknowledge receipt of information
• Obtain consent for follow-ups and assess cases for missing information
• Verify case validity and prevent duplicate entries
• Clarify data discrepancies and evaluate safety information for seriousness levels
• Translate and back-translate safety information as needed
• Review, archive, and ensure accuracy of source data records
• Perform database extractions and document reviews
• Meet SLAs for day-to-day operations and data maintenance
• Collaborate with project quality roles to enhance case quality
• Complete training sessions and assist in training new team members
