Each project offers the chance to dive into new scientific domains,
hone your project leadership and client relationship skills, and help bring transformative technologies to market.A perfect opportunity for a recent PhD graduate hoping to step into the world of industry.Our work addresses real-world challenges in imaging systems, laser technologies, and surgical tools—projects that are scientifically ambitious, commercially valuable, and enhance both patient comfort and clinical efficiency.Ideal candidate will:

• Bring strong mechanical engineering capability, combining creativity with precision.
• Be motivated to solve problems at a fundamental level.
• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum 2:1 classification).
• Have either a doctoral qualification or equivalent professional engineering experience. Optical experience is desirable but not essential.
