Offer DescriptionWe offer a shared PhD position in computational metabolomics. The student will work with Rebecca Dauwe at the University of Picardie Jules Verne in Amiens, France, but will also stay for 6-9 months in the group of Johannes Rainer at the Institute for Biomedicine, Eurac Research, Bolzano, Italy.The project involves:– implementation of an infrastructure and database to handle, manage and analyze MSn fragment spectra– apply AI to assist in annotation of unknown compounds based on a large MSn databaseSee the webpage link for more information and to apply.
