We are looking for a colleague for our long-established manufacturing partner company in Pest county in the position:Planner-Buyer!The company is at the forefront of a project aimed at carbon neutrality, among other things. Manage materials planning and procurement for dedicated projects
Participate in SAP Materials related developments and testing
Interfacing with production, engineering, sales/project management, and external suppliers in order to schedule the receipt of raw materials to meet production demand
Drive cost and cycle time reduction with suppliers in cooperation with sourcing
Evaluate and drive resolution on all material quality and supply issues on project level
Ownership of MRP
Assists in the development of recovery plan with suppliers for defective of unsatisfactory goods
Expedite management and/or escalation of the issue to next level
Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize material flow process through the whole project
Follow- up and track open Purchase Requisitions related to owned project and purchase group
Drive plant related CoQ efforts
Interfacing with other planner-buyers, purchasing services (OSP) from external suppliers in order to schedule receipt of material to meet production demand
Cooperate & support global sourcing upon request
Working with Warehouse to resolve material receipt issues
Responsible to resolve invoicing & customs issues (working with on-site customs personnel)
Provide forecast for suppliers based on site specific and global demand
Inventory control: respecting defined inventory OP on both BN/CS product lines
Attend weekly project and production meetings providing the updated promise dates on materials
Execute correct project closure – open PurReq control, Late PO’s, Excess materials reusage
Set up and monitor control points and alert Project Manager if any of the points get delayed (long lead and final BOM relaease, assembly, FAT, shipping)

Elvárások

Business or Technical University or College degree.
3 – 5 years of demonstrated experience in sourcing / logistics / production planning, in a manufacturing company.
Knowledge of SAP and MS Office programmes.
Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
Strong English and Hungarian language skills both in writing and speaking.
