Our firm is dedicated to providing strategic, commercially focused advice across all development sectors, including energy, infrastructure, residential, retail, commercial, healthcare, tourism, and leisure.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a Planning Consultant or Senior Planning Consultant to join the Dublin or Belfast office. This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage your own projects, contribute to planning applications and appeals, prepare planning appraisals and development plan submissions, and conduct in-depth research. As a Senior Planning Consultant, you will play an integral part in the planning consultancy aspects of our business, driving projects forward with strategic insight and professional expertise.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be based in the Dublin office or the Belfast office, with access to hybrid working arrangements. You should possess an IPI or RTPI accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning, accompanied by at least 4 years of postgraduate professional experience within Ireland. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Core Requirements:
* A valid driving license and access to a car for work-related travel.
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Exceptional planning, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage a diverse workload and meet strict deadlines.
