We are looking for:

We are currently looking for a Planning Data Lead with proven experience in Supply Chain Planning and a history of success in Change Management and Project Management programs across multiple businesses and functions.

We count on you for:

• Organize and lead multi-business cross functional supply chain projects
• Work with Leadership to understand and document clear objectives and economic case
• Create Project Charter, Project Plan and Key Milestones aligned company objectives
• Organize functional team members and lead meeting cadence (steering committee and project team meetings) that support objectives and timeline
• Measure results against KPI targets

This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a newly formed Supply Chain Center of Excellence Team.  This gives the candidate the opportunity to develop their skills by working cross functionally with a variety of teams across the business and cultures. Additionally, you will be able to contribute and engage in transformational projects that will shape the future of the supply chain within Syensqo.

You will bring: 

• 5+ years experience Supply Chain Planning
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in implementing and maintaining Master Data Governance solution
• Project management experience (Lean Project Management, PMP trained preferred)
• Change management experience (CCMP preferred)
• Data obsessed with a structure in Data governance and management
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong collaboration skills
• Ability to communicate well within across all levels of the organization and across different cultures
• Ability and willingness to work with and across multiple business processes impacted by and involved in key supply chain processes
• Self starter
• Proven ability to influence and motivate others
• Solid Google applications skills
