Planning Manager
Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of global supply chain planning processes and standards.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop best-in-class planning work processes.
Manage and develop a team of planners to ensure efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
Oversee short, mid, and long-term supply plans for raw materials, production, and distribution.
Coordinate with various departments to optimize supply chain operations and minimize costs.
Implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity.
Track key performance indicators and present findings to senior management.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.Key Responsibilities:Co-lead the creation of end-to-end planning standards.
Partner with IT and Global Process Owners to standardize ERP systems and planning tools.
Train and develop a high-performing planning organization.
Oversee the development of supply plans and inventory strategies.
Lead coordination with manufacturing, procurement, and warehouse teams.
Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
Optimize transportation routes and costs.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance.
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Master’s degree and professional certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience with SIOP demand and supply planning.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., S4/Hana, APO, IBP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to drive change and build strategic plans.
