Job Title: Plant Manager
Location: Reading
Salary: Up to £65,000+ per year (DOE)

Schedule: Monday to FridayOverview:
We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead the day-to-day running of plant operations, including workshops, servicing, and equipment management. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company and take charge of a busy, hands-on role.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage workshop teams including fitters, welders, and engineers
• Oversee servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance for plant and machinery
• Ensure daily checks, inspections, and safety standards are followed
• Recruit and support plant operators and drivers as needed
• Arrange external plant hire when required
• Motivate and lead your team to meet performance goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed plant equipment
• Good leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• Full right to work in the UK
