On behalf of our client, a modern and award-winning private hospital in a picturesque city in north Denmark, we are seeking a talented Plastic Surgeon to join the dynamic team of the Breast and Plastic Surgery Department.Candidates’ Profile:

• Specialized and experienced in Plastic Surgery
• Proficient in the seven medical roles
• Research experience is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Desiring the professional development of the speciality
• Thinking innovatively in the development of new solutions and collaborations

Working Conditions:

• Contributing to the training of junior doctors and medical students
• Developing innovative workflows, with a focus on digitalization, AI, and other tools to maintain high standards
• Offering primary and regional function treatment in the central and northern Denmark Region
• Interdisciplinary teamwork focused on patient care
• Participating in the on-call system and working shifts from home
• Working in collaboration with senior team leaders and breast surgeons

Employer offers:

• Permanent contract
• Annual salary of €118.000 (including pension benefits)
• 37-hour working week with 6 weeks of paid holiday
