Our mission is to help decarbonize global supply chains end-to-end.By joining us, you’ll be working at the forefront of the energy transition in shipping and logistics, shaping a future-proof platform that drives real-world impact now and well into 2040.Role SummaryWe are seeking a Product Manager who is passionate about the energy transition to lead the development of innovative technology solutions within our Energy Transition Platform.As a Platform Product Owner, you will:Manage and deliver key features on a technology platform supporting shipping decarbonizationCollaborate with Business Platform Owners (BPOs), Functional Platform Owners (FPOs), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Global Product Leads (GPLs)Define product features, manage the product backlog, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goalsYou’ll work with an agile engineering team using modern practices like pair programming, test-driven development, and continuous delivery, and technologies such as the Elixir programming language and data mesh architectures.About YouYou are someone who:Thrives in complex, ambiguous environments and brings clarity to chaosCan bridge the gap between business, technology, and dataCommands both subject matter expertise and technical fluency in presentationsIs deeply passionate about delivering impact through scalable productsMaintains professionalism under pressure and meets tight deadlinesIs collaborative, detail-oriented, and energized by team successKey ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and ExecutionDrive end-to-end product strategy, prioritization, and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, user-centric solutions.Stakeholder ManagementAlign and influence internal and external stakeholders through proactive communication and shared product goals.Leadership and CollaborationLead cross-functional collaboration and documentation to deliver high-quality, customer-aligned product features.Data-Driven Decision MakingLeverage analytics and KPIs to guide product decisions, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement.Agility and InnovationStreamline processes and feature intake to accelerate delivery of impactful, customer-focused innovations.QualificationsUndergraduate degree in Science, Engineering, or a technical field5+ years of experience in product management, engineering, or product development in a high-performance, regulated industry (e.g., banking, energy trading)Proven experience managing full product lifecycles within agile or XP frameworksStrong communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience influencing strategic product decisions and managing complex roadmapsFamiliarity with energy efficiency, decarbonization, or climate impact methodologiesPreferred SkillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to undefined spacesStrong technical understanding of relevant platform technologiesData-driven mindset with focus on KPIs, insights, and measurable outcomesSkilled in managing product documentation and updates for stakeholders at all levels (e.g., C-suite, executive reviews, AOPs)Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MIROJoin us and be part of a team driving the future of global logistics.#LI-MG1
