• Strong understanding of industrial design and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in the defence sector is a strong plus.
• Experience with PLM solutions (e.g. PTC or Dassault Systèmes) is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate discussions with key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• At least 5 years of experience
• Fluent in Polish and English

The Business Consultant will work with large industry companies to optimize their design and manufacturing processes using Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial processes, particularly in the design and manufacturing of complex systems.While expert knowledge in PLM is not required, the candidate should be able to effectively leverage PLM solutions to drive improvements.The role involves leading and facilitating workshops with key users and their management to identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure strong adoption and successful implementation of the target solutions.What we offer: * BENEFITS ON UoP: referral bonus, copyrights, life insurance, Luxmed, Medicover Sport, access to educational platforms
