Static Plumber – Salisbury

Are you a skilled Plumber looking for a stable and rewarding role within a commercial setting? We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Static Plumber in Salisbury.

Salary up to GBP37,000 + Excellent Benefits & Development Opportunities

Working on a prestigious commercial site, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive plumbing services, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all water and drainage systems. This is a fantastic chance to develop your skills further within a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systems, including hot and cold water systems, drainage, and sanitaryware.

Responding to reactive maintenance requests and carrying out effective repairs to plumbing faults.

Diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
*

Carrying out minor installations, upgrades, and replacements of plumbing fixtures and fittings.
*

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and water hygiene standards.
*

Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out.
*

Collaborating with other trades and facilities team members as required.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a Plumber, ideally within a commercial or industrial environment.

Recognised plumbing qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent).
*

A strong understanding of water systems, drainage, and associated regulations.
*

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*

Ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
