Position: Plumbing bias Building Services EngineerLocation: Covering the North WestDuration: PermanentSalary: From £35,000 to £36,000 plus travel time and overtimeWe are looking for an experienced Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent position covering the North West.This engineer will be working within a team of experienced building services engineers with skill sets that include electrical and air conditioningThe right person for this position will have completed their NVQ qualification in plumbing and already has building services maintenance including compliance, plant room maintenance etcWe do need this engineer to have unvented experience as it will be needed for some of the sitesThis is a mobile position so we do require a full UK driving licenceRequirements

• Strong background in Building Services Maintenance
• Must have at least an NVQ level 2 in plumbing, level 3 is preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in the North West
• Must have Unvented experience
• Unvented certificate would be preferred
• Happy to travel across the North West
• Must be able to join the on callrota

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek
