- Provide operational support in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the PMO framework
- Contribute to the standardization of governance, methodologies, and reporting practices across projects
- Assist in evaluating and improving project tools, templates, and documentation
- Track and monitor project performance indicators (timelines, risks, budgets, benefits)
- Prepare clear and consolidated reports for PMO leads and senior stakeholders
- Support Project Managers by providing templates, best practices, and administrative guidance
- Contribute to resource tracking and capacity overviews across the project portfolio
- Help promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project community
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders across different business units and time zones
Requirements
- First experience in a PMO, project coordination, or project support role in a manufacturing/industrial setting
- Understanding of production or operational project environments
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma – a plus)
- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Polish or another EU language is a plus
