The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic HR Partner to shape and implement HR strategies, support business objectives, and ensure our team stays engaged and empowered. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our organisation, driving talent management, organisational development, and change initiatives.

-Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with business goals and ensure compliance.
-Lead recruitment, training, and development to attract top talent and nurture employee growth.
-Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure fairness, competitiveness, and retention.
-Drive talent acquisition and management initiatives to develop and retain high-potential employees.
-Support organisational change projects by guiding teams through transformation and restructuring.
 
Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred). 
-Fluency in both German and English. 
-Experience in a comparable role, HR background is not mandatory. 
-Strong interpersonal and team-playing skills—someone who connects and unites the team. 
-A natural “people person” with strong psychological insight into team dynamics. 
-Open-minded, adaptable, and possessing the right mindset and approach rather than focusing on seniority or industry background.
