Can you work with a broad stakeholder landscape in a fast-paced and dynamic environment?Then you could be the Project Manager – Organizational design and Capability Developmentwe are looking for to support the growth journey of our Aseptic Manufacturing (AM).The positionAs a Project Manager in AM P&O Project Management Office, you will work in close partnership with the P&O team, the Aseptic Manufacturing (AM) leadership team, and key partners across the Global AM sites to translate business strategies into concrete organizational initiatives.Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively identifying and communicating organizational challenges and opportunities. You will be artnering with stakeholders on organizational design, roles and responsibilities, and governance.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to identify current and future workforce needs and enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Maintaining organisational scalability and identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with organizational growth.
  • Creating and maintaining strong relationships with critical stakeholders throughout AM, using influential skills to drive results and facilitate change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Organisational Development, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience in leading organizational development and design activities.
  • Knowledge about how a manufacturing organization operates would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work highly independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As a person, you have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with and influence senior stakeholders. You are fluent in both written and spoken English.About the DepartmentThe purpose of our team is to ensure strong leadership in driving the strategic P&O agenda in AM, consisting of more than 13.000 employees, by scoping, driving and implementing P&O projects and initiatives. We independently scope projects, analyze relevant data, seek input externally or internally and advice on solutions. We ensure to align with relevant stakeholders on resources and timeline enabling us to drive business impact with the concepts that we bring. The AM P&O strategy is owned by the AM SVP leadership group and links to the business objectives, and we rely on a close collaboration with the broad P&O community to collect input and inspiration to implement relevant concepts.The AM P&O Project Management team consists of three dedicated Project Managers working with P&O projects across AM and five HR Business Partners supporting AM Global Functions.
