We look forward to hearing from you.As part of our Shared Services group, comprised of Finance, Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Commercial, Legal and Facilities, we support the business achieve their goals through a range of strong technical capabilities. We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile general ledger accounts, intercompany balances, and bank statements.
• Jornal uploads, including processing vendor invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and timely payments.
• Review financial statements in compliance with the Polish Accounting Act and IFRS.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, CIT, and payroll tax requirements in Poland.
• Assist in monthly and quarters closing processes, including preparing accruals and provisions.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including preparation of cash forecasts.
• Support audits by preparing reconciliations, documentation, and responding to inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate expense and cost allocations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Polish Accounting Certification or similar qualification preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience in Poland.
• Strong knowledge of the Polish Accounting Act, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
• Fluent English
