Pomellato is part of Kering, a global luxury group, managing the development of a series of renowned houses in the sectors of fashion, leather goods, jewellery and watches.Your opportunityWe are currently looking for a Client Advisor and VIC Specialist who will report to the Boutique Manager and Grand Vendeur as part of our dynamic team based in Florence.How will you contributeSupport the Grand Vendeur with implementation of VIC activities on worldwide levelBuilding and strengthening relationships with existing customers, understanding their individual needs according to their customer profile under direction of the Store Manager and Grand VendeurWork closely with different corporate teams to select the right client profiles for local and global client activations in-store and off-siteSupport customer portfolio development, helping to maximize customer satisfaction and customer retentionProvide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers, exceeding their needs, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Jewellery ProductsManage all the back offices, house operations and processes connected to the Clienteling activities (including cash operations, invoices, receipts ecc.)Who you areProven experience in a similar role within a customer service-focused environment, with a genuine passion for luxuryGood knowledge of reporting tools and analyticsEntrepreneurial, innovative and proactive approachGood communication skills, ability to work in team, problem solving and proactivityDetail oriented, good project and time management skillsFluent in English and Italian; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciatedWhy work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
