We are looking for a Portfolio leader that always seeks what is best for our patients and customers, challenges common thinking to get a better result, is an effective problem solver, and is a team player that helps others. Diversification continues to bring new products to Anagni and the expanded site portfolio continues to create new opportunities. The Portfolio leader will support end to end strategic project establishing a strong link with site and global function in context of project portfolio management and governance.Main responsabilities:

• Member of management for the Site project portfolio, consolidating as one project portfolio at site (CAPEX+OPEX), gathering inputs from all functions
• Establish a strong link with site and global engineering in context of project portfolio management and stage gate governance
• Ensure data quality in Shine, ensure monitoring & reporting, conduct end user training and ensure use of PM best practices
• Supports link of Site Project portfolio with GBU/ M&S portfolio process, including relevant governance & preparation of gate reviews in close collaboration with engineering
• By collecting, collating and analyzing the relevant data he/she enables the project prioritization process, whatever the nature of project
• Coordinates / collates risk management activities and information associated with the site project portfolio as input for overall site risk profile and thereby supports global integrated risk management process
• Contributes to Site StratPlan, Budget and Site Master Plan processes

About you

• Experience: Knowledge of industrial strategy and project and portfolio management, Exposure to Production, Supply Chain, Chemical engineering, Process Technology, Project Investment, Finance, Quality and Regulatory requirements, Experience with pre- and post-launch activities (tech-transfer, continuous process verification, inspection readiness, cGMP knowledge, HA regulations, quality systems) preferred, Experience in portfolio and project management, with ability to drive prioritization decisions, Direct production operations experience preferred (Operations), Experience and agility on digital tool supporting decision making
• Soft and technical skills: Strong leadership skills and experience with proven track record in building and leading cross-functional teams
• Education: Scientific bachelor degree preferably in chemical, biochemical or pharmaceutical engineering or business / finance degree
