Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)Daily Portfolio Operations Oversee the daily management of the project portfolio ensuring projects are executed on time within scope and aligned with business priorities.
ServiceNow Utilization Effectively use the implemented ServiceNow PPM tool for project tracking resource management and performance monitoring. Handle any new requests related to its configuration or functionality.
Dashboard Creation Develop and maintain custom dashboards within ServiceNow to provide real-time insights into project and portfolio performance for stakeholders and senior management.
Project Prioritization Regularly review and adjust project priorities in response to business needs resource availability and organizational constraints.
Monitoring and Reporting Use ServiceNow PPM to monitor project progress generate reports and track KPIs related to portfolio health.
Risk Management Identify and address risks within the portfolio using data from ServiceNow to ensure minimal impact on project delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with project managers department leads and other stakeholders to align resources resolve issues and ensure consistent communication.
