Healthcare today faces growing challenges: complex health risks, diverse treatment options, and staff shortages. These pressures require resilient solutions at every level-individuals, teams, and organizations-to ensure consistent, affordable, and high-quality care.The CAREMORE project (Comprehensive Approach for Resilience Enhancement – Methods, Opportunities, Resources, and Education) focuses on resilience education with a holistic perspective.
This includes individual coping strategies, fostering team learning, and building a resilient organizational culture. Based in the Meuse-Rhine Euregion-a region known for its cross-border healthcare collaborations and diverse healthcare practices-this project aims to design, implement, and evaluate educational activities that promote resilience in healthcare settings.As a postdoctoral researcher, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping these educational activities and driving innovation in healthcare resilience.Your Responsibilities

At the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences (FHML), everything revolves around healthy living. Our research and education are not solely focused on recovery, but place a strong emphasis on prevention, health preservation, and health promotion.
