The successful candidate will contribute to cutting-edge research projects aimed at understanding and addressing barriers to inclusion in higher education. This role requires a blend of excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills, and a proven track record of publications is highly desirable.Principal DutiesKey Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-quality research on inclusive education practices and policies.
• Design and implement quantitative and qualitative research studies.
• Analyze data and interpret results to inform inclusive education strategies.
• Prepare and publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, educators, and policymakers.
• Contribute to grant writing and securing funding for research projects.
• Present research findings at national and international conferences.
