https://servier.com/groupe/As Postdoctoral Fellow in Bioconjugation, the candidate will play a pivotal role in our Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) research efforts through optimization and delivery of ADCs. The candidate will setup and optimize novel conjugation conditions in order to increase the throughput and support future ADC therapeutic projects.Responsabilities :– Synthesis, purification, characterization, and delivery (in a timely manner) of protein conjugates in support of discovery of novel protein therapeutics.– Execution of protein analytical methods to characterize bioconjugates using HPLC, UV-vis, Nanodrop, gel-electrophoresis, and Endotoxin assessment.– Development of bioconjugation and characterization methods to generate novel Cysteine bioconjugates which fits analytical requirements– Optimize already existing suboptimal conjugation processes of complex linker/payloads with selected antibodies– Maintain an accurate and up to date lab notebook and communicate results to bioconjugation team and project core-team (colleagues from diverse scientific disciplines)Formation :PhD in bioconjugation or Antibody Drug Conjugate-related fieldHard skills :Demonstrated relevant experience in ADC bioconjugation techniques (synthesis and purification)Prior experience of reaction optimization:– Interpret results and draw meaningful conclusions to guide decision-making– Experience in the characterization of protein conjugates using applicable technique.
