Job description

The Center for Quantum Devices at the Niels Bohr Institute, University of Copenhagen, invites applicants for a postdoctoral fellowship to investigate measurement-induced quantum phase transitions in epitaxial semiconductor-superconductor hybrid materials.Candidates should have a PhD in experimental condensed matter physics, mesoscopic electron transport, or experimental solid-state quantum information science. The project combines nanofabrication, low-temperature measurements using a cryofree dilution refrigerator, low-noise and high-frequency electrical measurement techniques, data analysis, and close collaboration with theoretical physicists. Scientific writing and communication will be in English. The role involves close collaboration with our partner, the University of Washington, and may include extended scientific exchange visits to their laboratories.
