Offer DescriptionThis position will be partially funded by the IKUR Strategy-Neutrionics 2025-2026 of the
Department of Science, Universities and Innovation of the Basque Government.The selected candidate will be hired by the Research Association MPC – Materials Physics
Center. The salary will be of 35.650,44 euros before taxes.The Polymers & Soft Matter Group at the Center for Materials Physics focuses on
fundamental problems related to the structural and dynamical properties of soft matter
systems, primarily based on polymers. Current research topics include functional polymer
synthesis, novel chain topologies, and the self-assembly of various polymer systems. For
more information, visit our web: .Candidates must hold a PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or
Materials Engineering, preferably with a focus on polymers and battery characterization.
Expertise in polymer characterization is highly valued for this position, particularly
experience with dielectric spectroscopy, rheology, scattering techniques (e.g., neutron or X-
