Offer DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join the NK cell immunotherapy team lead by Dr. Aura Muntasell at the Institut de Biotecnologia I Biomedicina, Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.Position Description
We offer a one-year contract to participate in the development of an off-the-shelf NK cell product for cancer immunotherapy, under a PRODUCTE grant from the Indústria del Coneixement program, AGAUR. The researcher will be responsible for implementing and standardizing a pre-GMP protocol for the expansion and genetic modification of human NK lymphocytes. Key tasks include the development of assays for assessing the identity, purity, and potency of the final NK cell product. The postdoctoral investigator will undergo specific training in innovation and technology transfer as part of the project. The position also offers the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary, translational research environment focused on advancing cancer immunotherapy.Requirements

• Ph.D. in a relevant field, completed within the last 10 years.
• Proven expertise in:

o Isolation techniques and primary culture of human lymphocytes.
o Multiparametric flow cytometry.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Additional Desirable Qualifications

• Prior experience in:

o NK cell biology.
o Genetic engineering using CRISPR.

• Relevant scientific publications.
• Experience in project management and scientific report writing.
• MBA or training in business management
