The Advanced Textiles Research Group (ATRG) in the Nottingham School of Art and Design has grown rapidly since it was formed in 2010. The ATRG is currently recognised as the world’s leading research group in developing textiles with electronic functionality and has been successful in securing major grant funding from organisations such as the EPSRC, DASA, Innovate UK and the Horizon 2020 programme, as well as the global textiles industry.
