The post holder will contribute to the joint research project with Copenhagen Business School, funded by the Rockwool Foundation, “Digitalization: Jobs, firms and households”. The post holder may also provide guidance to junior members of the research group including research assistants, PhD students, and/or project volunteers.
The research project examines digitalization of the Danish economy along three dimensions. First, we evaluate the extent and consequences of the “digital divide” between workers who possess digital skills and those who do not and between firms who invest in digital skills and those who do not. Second, we consider the gendered consequences of digitalization in the workplace and in household time allocation. Finally, we explore the drivers of digitalization in public and private organizations.
