Post-doctoral fellowshipWe are seeking a highly motivated junior postdoctoral researcher (max two years defence) with a degree in scientific disciplines to join the Laboratory of Metabolites and Proteins in Translational Research starting from May 2025.Our laboratory investigates the phenotypic complexity of diseases using metabolomics and proteomics approaches based on mass spectrometry, integrated with computational and bioinformatics techniques for data analysis and interpretation.Requirements

• PhD in biomedical sciences, obtained within the past two years.
• Experience with HPLC coupled with high- or low-resolution mass spectrometry.
• Experience in statistical data analysis.
• At least one first-author publication in a scientific journal.
• Good proficiency in English.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.

ResponsibilitiesThe selected candidate will supervise and conduct laboratory activities, including:

• Preparation of biological samples.
• Development and application of high- and low-resolution mass spectrometry methods for sample analysis.
• Statistical analysis of experimental data.
• Investigation of the role of metabolites and proteins in various pathological conditions.
