Offer DescriptionVHIR is seeking a vacant position for a Postdoctoral researcher in the Group of Biomedical Research in Gynecology to develop a project in translational research in the area of diagnosis of endometrial cancer and endometriosis using proteomics in complex human fluids.More information about our group:Main responsibilities and duties:

• Participate in translational research projects to improve endometrial cancer and endometriosis diagnosis through biomarker research.
• Collaborate with other projects of the group, by promoting fruitful discussions or by helping in experimental work.
• Participate in general activities of the group.
• Support the principal investigator in managerial activities.

• Fluency in English
• First author on publications

Experience and knowledge:Required:

• Previous experience in a translational research group.
• Experience in mass spectrometry and immunoassay, including experimental work and data analysis.

Desired:

• Previous experience with handling of complex human samples
• Previous postdoc experience
• Proficiency in manuscript drafting

• Gross annual salary: Remuneration will depend on experience and skills. Salary ranges are consistent with our Collective Agreement pay scale
