Offer DescriptionCERTERA, the Consorcio Estatal en Red de Terapias Avanzadas, is an ambitious, state-funded initiative aimed at advancing the research, development, and application of cutting-edge therapies in Spain. Supported by the Instituto de Salud Carlos III, this collaborative project brings together leading experts in biotechnology and regenerative medicine to drive innovations in bioprocessing for cell therapy and Advanced Medicinal Therapeutic Products (AMTPs).To support our mission, we are seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in bioprocess development and implementation specifically for mammalian/human cells production. • PhD Graduated in 2020 or later.
• Experience in mammalian/human cells culturing in bioreactors (minimum 5 years).
• Good knowledge of lab techniques: cell culture, bioreactors handling and design, programming strategies for bioprocess intensification, DoE.
• Experience in identifying and implementing process automation, monitoring, and control strategies to enhance reproducibility and process efficiency.
• Knowledge and experience in Bioprocess simulation and analysis (Matlab, Phyton).
• Experience in cell line phenotyping and characterization (Flow Cytometry, WB, RT-qPCR).
• Research experience in the production of ATMPs (hMSC, CAR-T, EVs…)
• Capacity to train undergraduate and Master students
• Participation in scientific articles and conference communications.
• Knowledge in GMP
