Offer DescriptionThe selected person will join the Biochemistry of the Oxidative Stress research Group and will participate in the research B100128 – Protein replacement therapy for Friedreich Ataxia. Responsibilities will include:
1. Analysis of markers of oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, and fataxin levels in cell cultures of cardiomyocytes and neurons.
2. Analysis of Frataxin Levels in Mouse Tissues FXNI151F Model of FrIedreich’s Ataxia
3.
