We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to join the Oxford Protein Informatics group (http://opig.stats.ox.ac.uk/) where they will be part of a computational team working across the areas of computational drug discovery, immunoinformatics and protein structure. This project will be done in collaboration with the Drug Discovery Unit (DDU) at Dundee University (https://drugdiscovery.dundee.ac.uk/). The DDU is one of a kind in the UK – a drug discovery research lab in the heart of a university campus.
We need you to hold or close to completion of a doctorate in computational chemistry, structural biology/bioinformatics, statistics, machine learning, computer science or mathematics or other relevant area. You will have programming experience in machine learning and your track record will include applying computational methodology to complex problems.
We are seeking an outstanding individual who has the potential to become a leader in the field of computational drug discovery and who would like to work in an exciting dynamic research group.
