The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles, industry trends, and an ability to lead cross-functional and cross-site teams to achieve goals. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from conception through to start of production while ensuring the alignment of technical, financial, and organizational objectives.#LI-AG1Job ResponsibilitiesProject Leadership: Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the Solutions business unit, ensuring clear communication and the delivery of objectives within scope, on time, and within budgetProject Planning & Execution: Define project scopes, develop detailed project plans, and manage resources to execute projects efficiently. Oversee timelines, risks, and critical paths for project milestonesStakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners. Provide clear and concise reporting on project progress, risks, and issuesTechnical offers: Analyze the client’s specifications and define the technical solutions based on existing platforms and new technologies together with the Product Development and Product Management. Preparation of the technical offer including cost and effort calculationRisk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Manage project issues promptly and effectively to prevent disruptionsCross-functional Team Collaboration: Lead and coordinate cross-functional and cross-site teams, including product development, testing, production, procurement, and other project participants, ensuring alignment with project goals and business prioritiesBudget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently. Ensure optimal use of time, money, and human resourcesContinuous Improvement: Evaluate and implement best practices for project management. Continuously assess project performance and suggest improvements for future projectsQuality Assurance: Ensure that all project deliverables meet Semikron Danfoss’ quality standards and comply with regulatory and industry-specific requirementsReporting & Documentation: Provide regular status reports, documenting all phases of the project lifecycle. Ensure accurate and up-to-date project documentation for compliance and knowledge sharingBackground & SkillsEducational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within the power electronics, energy, or industrial sectors. Experience managing cross-functional teams is essential.Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is desirable.Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge in power electronics, automotive, or energy industries is a plus.
