Your ContributionIn this role you will contribute to new online marketing platform, focusing especially on internal and external user support, as well as on daily functioning of the platform

• Support deployment and ramp-up of new online marketing platform
• Manage daily platform health and security, proactively support bug fixes and security
• Receive, evaluate and handle user enquiries, questions and complaints
• Contribute towards the strategic development of the platform
• Create, manage and maintain ongoing training materials,
• Support linked applications and APIs
• Create and provide analytics reporting to management
• Support the definition of new processes within area of responsibility

Your Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Power Platform inc. Power Pages and supporting a large Power Pages environment
• Very good English skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and Entra
• Problem solving and investigative skills as well as proactive approach are essential
• Good communication and networking skills, including interfaces with global coworkers
• Process design skills
• A real team player, diplomatic and reliable
• Microsoft Power Platform Certificate is a plus
