We are looking for the talent of a Press Relations Manager for the Japanese Market to join us on a permanent contract. This position is based in Paris (75).The main responsibilities are :

• Develop and execute PR and influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Japanese market
• Build and maintain relationships with key Japanese influencers, content creators, and opinion leaders, and oversee campaigns from concept to execution
• Coordinate with our local PR agency to maximize brand visibility in Japanese media
• Manage VIP relations, including gifting programs and exclusive activations
• Monitor campaign KPIs and provide insights to optimize future initiatives
• Manage PR and influencer marketing budgets effectively
• Stay current on Japanese social media trends and influencer landscape
• Collaborate with central marketing and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Provide translation support for website content, newsletters, and social media ads

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or communications within fashion or lifestyle industries
• Deep understanding of Japanese social media platforms, digital trends, and consumer behavior
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to develop authentic connections with influencers and partners
• Strategic thinker with proven success managing impactful PR and influencer campaigns
• Strong project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Passion for the fashion industry and alignment with Sézane’s brand values and aesthetic
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in either French or English and Fluency in Japanese is required
