We are looking for someone with a strong background in business and HR management ideally within the NHS or healthcare sector.Main duties of the jobThe Business Manager is responsible for ensuring that the practice meets its core contractual and legal requirements, optimising systems and processes to deliver a safe, efficient, and effective service.The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, ensuring financial sustainability, and achieving long-term strategic objectives within a well-managed and supportive working environment.By adopting innovative ways of working, the Business Manager will support the GP Partners and Practice Manager in achieving NHS targets, complying with CQC regulations, and promoting values such as equality, diversity, inclusion, continuous development, and collaborative working.About usAt Peel Medical Practice, we are committed to upholding the following five core values:1.
