Pre-installation SupervisionAt Vestas Offshore Wind, we are committed to shaping a sustainable future through innovation and excellence in wind energy. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Pre-Installation Nacelle and Blade Supervisor to join our offshore execution team.
As a Pre-Installation Nacelle and Blade Supervisor, you will play a key role within the offshore execution team, leading all pre-installation activities related to nacelles and blades. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that these main components are properly assembled and fully prepared for handover to the installation and commissioning teams. You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including the commissioning and installation teams, QA/QC personnel, subcontractors, and client representatives, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and in strict alignment with Vestas Offshore Wind’s safety and quality standards.

An engaged approach and focus on upholding our safety culture are essential to ensure the well-being of everyone on site.ResponsibilitiesAs a Pre-Installation Nacelle and Blade Supervisor, you will:

• Manage and supervise pre-installation scope and activities for nacelles and blades, ensuring alignment with Vestas’ safety and quality standards
• Manage and motivate the nacelle and blade technician team, including team performance monitoring and time registration
• Coordinate closely with the commissioning team to ensure seamless transition and readiness
• Interface with Lift and Transport Contractors to align logistics and site operations
• Communicate safety updates and pre-installation notifications effectively to all stakeholders
• Track and report site progress, deviations, and work tasks using Vestas IT systems and tools
• Ensure use of up-to-date work instructions and support continuous operational process optimization

QualificationsWe are looking for candidates with:

• Well-developed organizational and planning skills
• Demonstrated leadership and delegation abilities
• Advanced interpersonal skills along with clear communication proficiency
• High focus on Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Quality (QA/QC)
• The ability to work effectively in multicultural teams
• A positive, initiative-driving, and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• A valid driver’s license
