As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Manager to join our Client Solutions team in Luxembourg.This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, client engagement, and strategic growth. The Pre-Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving client acquisition. Acting as a bridge between technical expertise and commercial strategy, you will support the sales team by showcasing our digital-native fund operations platform to prospective clients, ensuring they understand the value fundcraft brings to their business. Your ability to translate complex fund operations into clear, value-driven solutions will be key to driving product adoption, client trust, and revenue growth.You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine our go-to-market strategy, craft compelling client pitches, and provide practical insights to prospects to help them make the decision to select fundcraft as their digital fund operator.We are looking for someone who has experienced the challenges of operating a fund, thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is passionate about fintech innovation, and is eager to play a pivotal role in accelerating fundcraft’s expansion in the fund industry.This is a position based in Spain and reporting directly to the Head of Client Solutions.Key responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of product offerings and competitive differentiators.
  • Manage and optimize the demo environment for seamless presentations.
  • Prepare compelling commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Perform demos and lead proof-of-concepts (POCs) ensuring they are meticulously designed to address the unique challenges of each prospective client.
  • Act as a technical advisor during client meetings and throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals by effectively communicating value propositions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Build trust and credibility with prospects by showcasing deep industry knowledge and the value fundcraft brings to their operations.
  • Collaborate with Product Development for platform expansion opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to enhance fundcraft’s service offering.

RequirementsQualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or equivalent by experience.
  • Prior experience in the alternative investment fund industry for 2+ years in operating an alternative investment fund
  • Strong understanding of fund operations, investment vehicles, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong balance between technical understanding and sales acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interest in digital solutions and platforms in the financial sector.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). French or Spanish is a plus.
