EMEA Pricing Center of Excellence, Our Mission and Statement:

We create and maintain EMEA Pricing Policy, we build process and solutions to support its execution and to monitor divisional pricing Strategies. We share best practices across the organization, we drive price awareness across the organization, and we aim to be the go-to team for any pricing topic within it.

We support EMEA organization in complying with achieving pricing plan execution by partnering with the business, assessing pricing needs, proposing and developing pricing solutions.

About the Role:

Join our team as a Pricing Product Owner, where you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing a CPQ tool in the EMEA region. We’re seeking a dynamic professional with strong product-oriented skills to drive pricing performance while ensuring compliance with EMEA pricing policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Technology Expertise:

-Translate business needs into effective pricing processes and technologies, driving business value.
-Identify and propose innovative tech projects to enhance business strategies.
-Collaborate with IS to optimize infrastructure and platforms.
-Ensure seamless technology integration and data management.
-Act as a bridge between functional and technical teams, fostering understanding and collaboration.
-Work closely with IS, global project teams, and external parties to develop and enhance technologies and processes.

Project Management Skills:

-Plan, prioritize, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely delivery.
-Coordinate with stakeholders using Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
-Anticipate project risks and develop contingency plans for successful execution.
-Coach team members to achieve project goals effectively.
-Manage business requirement gathering and documentation processes.

Communication & Storytelling:

-Develop and implement communication plans using effective storytelling techniques.
-Tailor communication approaches to meet audience needs and expectations.
-Translate vision and value propositions into engaging content and presentations.
-Manage business and technical stakeholders, setting up right expectations and providing feedback of the process.

What are we looking for in you:

-Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
-5-7 years of relevant experience in similar roles.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Proficiency in data analysis, business process analytics, and user needs understanding.
-Fluency in English and excellent presentation skills.
-Interpersonal and influencing skills.
-Experience working within cross-border and virtual teams.
-Previous collaboration with IT and solution development teams.
-Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, Access, and Sales Cloud (a plus).
-Self-motivated and proactive.
-Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
-High team contribution and cooperation.
-Flexibility and adaptability to change.
-Ability to manage and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
