THE POSITION
 

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Pricing Manager is responsible for executing elements of the company’s pricing strategy strongly collaborating with regions/ markets and global brand teams ensuring coherence with global guidance and taking interventions when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Pricing Strategy

-Support the Global Pricing Strategy Design for existing Portfolio and New Initiatives for all Coty’s Brands
-Work on RSP recommendation for new launches as per brand strategy and global finance guidance.
-Harmonize Pricing Strategy setup between CB & LUX categories
 

-Coordination with Regional and Local Commercial teams

-Organize and coordinate the annual pricing process with major Local Markets and Global Teams
-Ensure consistency and integrity of pricing data as well as respect of timing and deadlines
-Follow-up pricing deviations including country & channel corrections (i.e. Pricing Strategy)
 

-Pricing culture

-Train & support markets to use properly the tools and processes
-Partner with global and regional functions involved with the global pricing strategy setup (global marketing, regional pricing, Global VD, etc.)
 

PROFILE

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

-Master’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
-4+ years’ experience in commercial strategy, finance/ controlling department, or pricing department.
-Proven experience in an international FMCG or beauty environment.
 

REQUIRED SKILLS

-Strong financial and/or pricing principles and business understanding
-Analytical mindset/ Business & Problem solving oriented
-Structured, pragmatic, and proactive.
-Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
