• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the KS2 National Curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and supported
• Use a range of formative and summative assessments to track progress and inform planning
• Promote independent learning, critical thinking, and a growth mindset
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to support both academic and personal development
• Contribute to the wider school community through enrichment activities, school events, and collaborative projects

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (desirable but not essential)
• Be a reflective and adaptable practitioner with excellent classroom management skills
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing
• Possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• Be enthusiastic about professional development, team collaboration, and innovative teaching practices
