Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Consultant (CMC) for a full-time hybrid position based in the Netherlands, requiring occasional in-office presence. This role offers the opportunity to advance your career within a rapidly growing regulatory consultancy, providing high-quality regulatory and technical advice while mentoring staff.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver strategic, technical, and regulatory advice focusing on CMC development of medicinal products.
* Develop innovative regulatory strategies, drug development plans, and data gap analyses.
* Author and review key regulatory documents for product development and approval.
* Lead multi-jurisdictional projects and regulatory agency interactions.
* Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
* Train, mentor, and lead team members.
* Support business development and maintain client relationships.

Skills and Experience

* Advanced degree in a life/physical science discipline (PhD preferred).
* 8+ years of drug development and regulatory experience with FDA, MHRA, and/or EMA submissions.
* Expertise in a variety of products, including biologics, vaccines, gene therapies, and small molecules.
* Proven leadership and mentorship abilities.
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
