​We’re working with a leading healthcare communications agency to find an experienced Principal Medical Writer ready to take the lead on high-impact projects. This is a senior role with real influence – perfect for someone who thrives on strategic thinking, mentoring others and delivering scientifically rigorous content.What you’ll be doing:Leading content development across key accounts, ensuring scientific excellence and strategic alignment.Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights across therapy areas and publication planning.Overseeing and mentoring junior writers, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.Driving project delivery, managing timelines, budgets and team capacity.Building strong relationships with clients, medical experts and internal teams.About you:Proven experience as a Senior/Principal Medical writer in a medical communications agency with publications experienceStrong scientific background (life science degree; MSc/PhD preferred but not essential)Confident communicator with excellent attention to detailComfortable leading teams and managing multiple projectsDeep understanding of industry standards and complianceWhy this role?
