Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive | Essex | Full Time | £35,000–£45,000 DOE + BonusOur client is a well-established and growing law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality Private Client services.This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced solicitor, or an experienced legal executive, looking to develop their career in a supportive environment where autonomy and client care are valued.If you have at least one year’s solid experience in Private Client work (including during your training contract), we’d love to hear from you.Are you the right person for the job?

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+), or an experienced Legal Executive
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in Private Client work (including as a trainee)
• Able to handle your own caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Practical and professional with a can-do attitude

What will your role look like?

• Managing your own caseload of Private Client matters
• Drafting and advising on Wills
• Administering estates and handling Probate matters
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Handling Court of Protection and Deputyship applications
• Meeting clients in person at Rainham and Harold Wood offices
• Working independently with minimal supervision
• Maintaining high standards of client care and legal compliance

What can you expect in return?
