Private Client Solicitor/ Legal Executive- NottinghamSJC Partners are assisting a highly reputable law firm in Nottingham to find a skilled and enthusiastic Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their thriving Private Client team.This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career with a well-established, highly regarded high street practice. Their Probate Department is the largest single department within the firm.The Role:You will manage a varied and interesting caseload of private client matters, including:

• Probate and estate administration
• Drafting Wills
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Tax planning and Trusts

This role is ideal for someone seeking to grow their career within a friendly, supportive, and collegiate team environment.About You:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, OR an experienced Fee Earner with at least 3 years’ experience in private client work
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of private client matters
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive approach to business development and marketing initiatives
