Qualifications:

• Law degree with excellent academic record

• Admission to the Paris Bar

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate private M&A and or private equity

• Strong knowledge of French law

• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills in French and English

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
