Job description

We are looking for a Process Engineering directly reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manger.The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Lines failure cost & productivity improvement;
• 4.0 projects;
• Cycle time monitoring & reduction;
• OEE monitoring, analysis & improvement;
• Support for designing of new lines and process improvement of existing lines;
• Updating and creation of all process related documents (for instance FMEA, CP and QAM);
• Customer complaints coordination;
• Coordination for Audits;
• Review of process map and Gap analysis.

Proecess Engineer – Automotive |Sud Est MilanoThe ideal candidate is:

• Mechatronic Engineer or with a similar academic background;
• 1- 3 years-experience in Manufacturing in the automotive industry;
• interested in developing a working experience within complex manufacturing organizations in an international environment, preferably in the automotive market.

The suitable candidate is:

• a goal-oriented person and has a good leadership
• a problem solver with readiness of mind and excellent analytical skills.
• fluent English and Italian are required.
