As a Process Manager for quality processes, you will be the lead of the process across our global manufacturing sites in the Finish Product area. You will be working closely with stakeholders both locally and globally, setting the direction for the Quality processes across all our global sites and ensuring compliance. Additionally, you will support the quality network to standardize, simplify and digitalize the processes.Your responsibilities will include:
In this role, you will be tasked with setting directions and delivering results that have a significant impact on our Quality processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing data to ensure our efforts are focused where the value and impact are most needed. You will primarily work in Denmark, but travelling to other sites should be expected, in addition to virtual collaboration across sites.Qualifications
We are looking for someone who thrives in an ever-changing environment while maintaining the high quality of work. Our ideal candidate enjoys collaborating with various stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds and has a practical knowledge of quality processes in manufacturing. Driving the process group requires strong leadership skills and prior experience as a direct manager is preferable, although success in this role is achieved through indirect leadership of stakeholders in the network. Combining leadership skills with a project management background would be an advantage.To succeed in this role, you have:

FPM Engineering is a part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) with a team of around 50 colleagues working together to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines to ensure best practices. In FPM Engineering, we are committed to bringing value to our patients. We do so by supporting all sites with process standardisation, ramp-up excellence and technological leadership enabling Novo Nordisk to serve significantly more patients in need of our products.Working at Novo Nordisk
